Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the rules and guidelines for acceptable use of the Motionaly platform (“Service”) operated by Motionaly, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.
By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. If you breach this AUP, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service.
2. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to generate, create, or disseminate content that:
2.1 Illegal Content
- Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
- Promotes or facilitates illegal activities, including but not limited to: drug trafficking, weapons trafficking, human trafficking, and money laundering
- Infringes on any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties
- Contains instructions for committing illegal acts
2.2 Harmful or Malicious Content
- Contains malware, viruses, ransomware, worms, Trojan horses, or other malicious code
- Is designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to computer systems, networks, or data
- Contains instructions for creating weapons, explosives, or other harmful devices
- Promotes self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
2.3 Hate Speech and Harassment
- Promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence against any individual or group based on: race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
- Harasses, intimidates, or threatens any individual or group
- Is defamatory, libelous, or slanderous
2.4 Sexually Explicit and Adult Content
- Contains pornographic, sexually explicit, or erotic content
- Depicts or describes sexual acts in a graphic or explicit manner
- Involves minors in any sexual or sexually suggestive context
- Promotes prostitution, sex trafficking, or exploitation of adults
2.5 Violent Content
- Promotes, glorifies, or incites violence against individuals or groups
- Depicts graphic violence or gore without legitimate journalistic, educational, or artistic purpose
- Promotes terrorism or extremist ideologies
2.6 Misinformation
- Contains demonstrably false or misleading information intended to cause harm
- Promotes medical misinformation that could lead to physical harm
- Disseminates election-related disinformation or voter suppression content
2.7 Intellectual Property Infringement
- Infringes on any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property right
- Contains copyrighted text, music, artwork, or other material without appropriate authorization
- Uses third-party branding, logos, or trademarks in a confusing or misleading manner
- Reproduces content from copyrighted works without transformation or commentary
3. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Service to:
- Overload the Service: Use the Service in any manner that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, including via automated queries, scrapers, or bots without our prior written consent.
- Probe for vulnerabilities: Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks, or conduct security scans or penetration tests without prior authorization.
- Circumvent restrictions: Bypass, circumvent, or attempt to circumvent any rate limits, usage caps, or access restrictions.
- Resell or redistribute: Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our prior written consent.
- Reverse engineer: Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code or underlying technology of the Service.
- Use for training: Use outputs from the Service to train or fine-tune AI models without a separate agreement with us.
- Impersonate: Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Phishing: Use the Service to create phishing pages, fraudulent offers, or other deceptive content.
- Spam: Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial communications or spam.
4. Content Moderation
We reserve the right (but do not assume the obligation) to:
- Review content generated through the Service for compliance with this AUP
- Remove, disable access to, or refuse to render any content that violates this AUP
- Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or egregiously violate this AUP
- Report illegal content to relevant law enforcement authorities
Content moderation may be automated (via machine learning systems) or performed manually. We aim to apply these policies consistently but acknowledge that automated systems may make errors. If you believe content was incorrectly flagged or removed, you may contact us at abuse@motionaly.app.
5. AI-Specific Considerations
Given that the Service uses AI models (including models from MiniMax, Moonshot AI, OpenAI, and Anthropic) to generate content, you acknowledge that:
- Output variability: AI-generated content may be unpredictable and may not always reflect your intent. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before use.
- Bias: AI models may exhibit biases present in their training data. We do not guarantee that outputs will be free from bias.
- Fact-checking: AI-generated content may contain factual errors or “hallucinations.” You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any factual claims in generated content.
- Model provider terms: Your use of AI models through the Service is subject to the terms of the respective model providers (MiniMax, Moonshot AI, OpenAI, Anthropic).
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any content or conduct that violates this AUP, please report it to us immediately at:

7. Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Warning: For minor or first-time violations, we may issue a warning and require you to remove or modify the offending content.
- Content removal: We may remove or disable access to offending content without prior notice.
- Suspension: Temporary suspension of your account or access to specific features.
- Termination: Permanent termination of your account and access to the Service, with or without refund at our sole discretion.
- Legal action: We reserve the right to take legal action against you for any violations that cause harm, expose us to liability, or violate applicable law.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated AUP.
